San Francisco residents blame closure of Twin Peaks for uptick in car break-ins

San Francisco officials have kept the road towards the summit of Twin Peaks closed for six months in order to promote social distancing atop the landmark. Neighbors claim this gives thieves a chance to break into cars while visitors enjoy the panoramic views.
